Our meals are made fresh and delivered fresh, never frozen. Keep them refrigerated and heat when you’re ready to eat. You can also freeze them at home if you want to stock up for later..

Can I microwave or air fry my meals?

Every Workout Meal can be microwaved. Many of our meals can also be heated in the air fryer or oven when you want a crispier finish. Check each meal for its recommended heating instructions.

Do you have meals for different dietary preferences?
