Ashleigh Brunner | Workout Meal’s High-Performance Sports Dietitian
Ashleigh is an Advanced Sports Dietitian who has a wealth of experience working with athletes and Olympians competing across Tennis, Gymnastics, Canoe Sprint, Diving, Rowing, Hockey, and The Rugby 7's. Ashleigh works with the NSW Institute of Sport and Bangarra Dance and previously owned a Nutrition and Dietetics Private Practice, consulting thousands of athletes for over 11 years. She grew up as an elite swimmer with strong athletic aspirations and is still very active. She is passionate about improving your performance through nutrition and making nutrition education practical and accessible for all.
