Delivery FAQS

Do I receive FREE Delivery when I subscribe to a recurring order?

YES Create a healthy habit & eat on repeat with and receive FREE delivery for the lifetime of your weekly or fortnightly subscription to a weekly or fortnightly subscription with NO COMMITMENT. You can change up your meals selection, skip or cancel at any time via your user portal. Free delivery does not apply to WM360.

When do you deliver?

All 'AM' deliveries are completed between 12am to 6am on the day of delivery and Business Hours deliveries are delivered between 8am-6pm. The expectation is that your meal delivery will be waiting for you at your door upon waking by 6am. You will receive and SMS the night before your delivery with an ETA and link to track your order. An SMS will also be sent to you on delivery with a link displaying a photo of your delivery. You may specify a secure area where you would like the box left when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I'm not home during my delivery?

The order arrives in a cardboard box, liner and Ice packs which will keep your meals if you are not able to accept the delivery, the box will be placed at your doorstep at your own risk. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Workout Meals ™ to be authorised to receive the goods. You may specify a secure area where you would like the box left when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is a flat $15 rate delivery fee of just $15 for all orders. However we offer FREE DELIVERY if you select to become a reoccurring customer at the checkout. This means you will be charged weekly or fortnightly with the option to pause or cancel at any point.
